Minette was Senior Designer for multiple departments including Decorations, Tabletop, Kitchenware, Seasonal Collections, Bedroom and Bathroom.
Responsibilities were developing trends, seasonal colors, design direction, product design, print design and leading multiple departments in all things design-related.
Design Direction
As Senior Designer for multiple departments, responsibilities included: working collaboratively with the Division Designer and other Senior Designers to create seasonal trends and select colors. Within each department, responsibiliites included implementing the overall design direction, research into product trends within each department and presenting to all stakeholders the seasonal trends .
Product Design
In addition to leading the design team for two departments, responsibilities also included coordination of the collections and product design. Here is a small sampling of them.
