H&M HOME
Minette was Concept Designer for two of their design concepts: Coast and Cosy for two years.
Responsibilities were developing trends, seasonal colors, design direction and leading a team of product and print designers.
Design Direction
As Concept Designer, responsibilities included: design direction, color selection, leading a team of product and print designers, designing many products, editing collections and making business decisions.
TREND MOOD BOARDS-COAST
Coast was a design concept that had its roots in American pioneer, industrial style. The customer focus was gender neutral. Fabrics were all natural materials like cotton and linnen and the hard goods had a vintage, industrial style.
TREND MOOD BOARDS-COZY
Cozy was a design concept/section that was inspired by a French bohemian style. The customer focus was European feminine. Fabrics were a combination of natural materials and synthetics, including velvets, jacquards and laces. The hard goods had a touch of glamour including gold and silver finishes.

Product Design
In addition to leading the design team for two departments, responsibilities also included coordination of the collections and product design. Here is a small sampling of them.
